Mexican Star Wallhanging: 2 part class
The Mexican Star wall hanging uses straight seam piecing to make curved results. Part 1: Learn the Mexican star technique and begin putting together your wallhanging. Pre-cutting your pieces will be paramount. If you want help picking colors, set up time with Shelly to pick OR you can just grab a kit of your choice color.Pattern is included in the class fee. ($60 if you only want to take part 1) Part 2: Take time to layer, begin marking, and quilting your Mexican Star wallhanging. This will all be on your domestic sewing machine so bring quilting feet, thread, backing and batting plus a ‘can-do’ attitude to learn. ($35 if you only want part 2)
